7. Limitation of Liability
- DigiNest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, client-provided content, or force majeure events.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Fees for completed work up to the date of termination will remain payable.
- Deposits are non-refundable in case of termination by the client.
9. Changes to Terms
DigiNest LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
