Since DigiNest LLC provides custom software development, IT consulting, and digital solutions, most of our work is tailored to each client’s unique needs. For this reason, refunds are generally not available once a project has started or services have been delivered.


2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made by mistake or in duplicate.
  • Services have not been initiated within the agreed timeframe.
  • A project was canceled before work officially began.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Custom software development already in progress.
  • Completed projects or services already delivered.
  • Consultation sessions, strategy planning, or digital assets once provided.
  • Delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Project Deposits

Deposits or advance payments made to begin a project are non-refundable, as they secure resources and time allocations for your project.


5. Processing Refunds

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Payments will be returned via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, DigiNest LLC encourages open communication. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues before considering refund eligibility.
